Category: World Changing Glasgow Conversation

The University of Glasgow is dedicated to drive change through meaningful discussions. As an institution, we are continuing to make bold, values-based decisions, addressing challenges such as inequality, race and climate change. The World Changing Glasgow Conversations series facilitates this by connecting leaders in our community of researchers, partners and alumni to discuss issues of global importance.

Our latest World Changing Glasgow Conversation is set to take place on Monday 23 October. This roundtable session will bring together leaders from across the Higher Education sector to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing universities today. The panel will consider the future of internationalisation and the impact of geopolitics on international collaboration, as well as the issues that keep university leaders “awake at night.”

Joining this World Changing Glasgow Conversations panel will be, Professor Sir Anton Muscatelli, Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of Glasgow, alongside Professor Mark Scott, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Sydney, Professor Erik Renström, Vice-Chancellor of Lund University, Professor Einas Bint Suleiman Al-Eisa, President and Rector of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, and Professor Dr Wening Udasmoro, Vice Rector for Education and Learning, Gadjah Mada University.
