Join Vicky from The Little Foragers Kitchen for an urban forage and discover the wild food and medicine that’s growing on your doorstep.
You will learn:
- How to forage sustainably and safely
- Foraging and the law
- How to make herbal teas and infusions
- How to identify common plants in an urban setting
- How to process, cook and preserve your harvest
- Some of the mythology and folklore surrounding our green friends
This event will also involve a nature hunt for any kids and each participant will receive an email afterwards with a list of all the plants we met along with some recipes to help you get started.
Please note: each ticket is for one individual or one family. No need to book individual tickets for each member of your group.
