Smith’s work on the Wealth of Nations was ground breaking as he argued that the wealth of nation should not be measured in gold or the riches of the wealthy but the wellbeing of the nation as a whole.
In the tradition of Adam Smith’s work, each speaker will reflect upon an important current policy debate or societal challenge and offer ideas on how to build ‘wealthier’ nations.
