Stella Duffy is an award-winning writer with over seventy short stories, fourteen plays written and devised, and seventeen novels published in fifteen languages. She has worked in theatre for over thirty-five years as an actor, director, playwright, and facilitator. She is the co-founder of the Fun Palaces campaign supporting community co-creation as a catalyst for connection. She was awarded the OBE for Services to the Arts in 2016. Stella is also a yoga teacher running workshops in yoga-for-writing and is currently training in Existential Psychotherapy with a long term dream of combining psychotherapy, embodied practice and creative work.
Stella's latest book Lullaby Beach is a compelling novel about family secrets and the legacy of trauma, set against the changing fortunes of an English seaside town.
