Music in the University Evening Concert: Jeremy Dutcher - Canadian indigenous singer
Jeremy Dutcher is a classically-trained Canadian Indigenous tenor, composer, musicologist and performer, aiming to preserve both his native Wolastoq culture and language through his music and songs. He is also the 2018 winner of the Polaris Prize for best album (Canadian equivalent of the Mercury Prize). Jeremy is this year’s distinguished Cramb resident and will also be working with our Music students and giving a public lecture during his visit.
