The explosive results of the 2017 General Election were not apparent until the exit polls, compiled by a team led by Prof John Curtice, were announced at 10pm on June 8th. What actually drove those results? And what are the implications for the future – for the Prime Minister, for Parliament, for Brexit, for political parties and for Scotland and a possible second independence referendum?
