Venue
The symposium will take place across several key areas within the ARC, including Studio 2, the Conference Suite, and the Atrium. These spaces will host presentations, breakout sessions and networking activities.

Booth allocation
Exhibition booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsor stalls will be located in the exhibition space and open throughout the symposium. Dedicated networking sessions will further facilitate engagement between exhibitors and attendees.
Poster session
A poster session will be held in the Atrium on the evening of 4 December, accompanied by drinks and light refreshments.

Conference dinner
Our official conference dinner will be hosted at Òran Mór, a unique Glasgow landmark that was once the historic Kelvinside Parish Church (1862). Now a vibrant cultural venue, Òran Mór provides the perfect setting for an evening of celebration and networking.
Diamond sponsor privilege
With the support of the Diamond Sponsor, the conference dinner will include a banquet-style meal followed by a traditional Scottish ceilidh, complete with live folk music and dancing. This evening will offer a memorable cultural experience and allow our guests to enjoy an authentic taste of Scottish tradition. The Diamond Sponsor will be invited to deliver a brief address during the dinner and will be formally recognised throughout the event for their generous contribution.
