Student Services Enquiry Team

PLEASE NOTE:  The Student Service Enquiry Team will be closed 9am-5pm on Tuesday 29th May for a staff training day. We will be open again from 9.30am-5pm on Wednesday 30th May.

If you need to speak to a member of staff in person the Student Services Enquiry Team are on level 2 of the Fraser Building and are happy to help with various enquiries, including;

• Council tax
• Student ID cards
• International Adviser appointments
• Tuition fees
• Sport & Recreation membership

We also have a variety of forms and leaflets available. There is also a post box for you to use for a quick drop off. It can be used whenever the building is open, regardless of whether the desk is open or not.

The Student Services Enquiry Team will be happy to act as the first point of contact for all student services within the University.

Adviser Appointments:

The Student Services Enquiry Team can arrange appointments with International Advisers and ERASMUS/Study Aboard Advisers. These appointments will normally take place in the glass interview rooms on level 2 of the Fraser Building. Each room has the image of a different person important to The University's history. If you have arranged an appointment please wait in the area beside the interview rooms at your allotted time and the adviser you are scheduled to see will come and meet you.
