Stevenson Building

The Stevenson building is our main sports complex at the University of Glasgow. Located on the main campus - it only takes minutes to go from your lectures to an exercise class, relaxing in the sauna or a trying a new sport with friends.

• 6 lane, 25m swimming pool
• sauna and steam rooms (completely renovated summer 2011)
• fitness suite
• strength suite containing a large variety of resistance machines and free weights
• cardio suite with a selection of the latest CV equipment (treadmills, bikes, etc...)

• 2 squash courts (completely renovated summer 2011)

• social area with free wireless broadband access and a variety of vending machines selling refreshments and healthier snack options

Garscube Sports Complex

Garscube Sports Complex is the home of outdoor sport at the University of Glasgow and is located off Maryhill Road, on the opposite side of the river from the Vet School.

• 2 state-of-the-art, all weather, synthetic pitches (one sand-dressed and one 3rd generation rubber crumb)
• 6 grass pitches which can be set up for any number of sports
• exercise studio
• The Justin Langham Fitness Suite
• 3 tennis courts
• cricket oval 
• extensive walking and jogging routes within our grounds
• changing, shower and lockers facilities
• social area with a variety of vending machines selling refreshments and snack options
• fully equipped committee/meeting room
