Transforming Research Management

Published: 6 June 2014

The project team working on Transforming Research Management have issued an update on the progress being made and launched a new-look project website aimed at getting feedback.

The University's Transforming Research Management Project aims to deliver for academic staff across the entire university improvements which will enhance the support offered from the research proposal stage through to final reporting.

New staff webpages have just been launched that provide up-to-date information on the project, including details of what is changing and how you can get involved.  You can check out the new web pages at www.gla.ac.uk/staff/transformingresearchmanagement.

“The TRM project will offer ‘cradle to grave’ support to principal investigators during the lifetime of an award. I think this will be widely welcomed.” Professor Steve Beaumont

“A great opportunity to improve the support for research within the University to remove barriers and streamline processes, ensuring we work together to flexibly support the fantastic research that is ongoing in Glasgow.” Alice Gee, MVLS
