Columbia University, USA

Priority partnership with Columbia University

Columbia University, a member of the prestigious US Ivy League, signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Glasgow in 2010. This allows academics from both institutions to work closely, bringing together complementary world-class expertise and facilities, to develop high-impact research themes. The initial focus of collaboration was in biomedical research, but the activity is steadily expanding.

University of Glasgow staff wanting to visit Columbia to work on a collaboration can apply to the International Partnership Development Fund.
