- CILIP is the UK library and information association, and the only chartered body in the world dedicated to uniting, supporting and advocating for information professionals and librarians
- ARA: the Archives and Records Association is the lead professional body for archivists, archive conservators and records managers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Programme accreditations
MSc in Information Management and Preservation graduates will be eligible to be accredited by both the Archives & Records Association and CILIP (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals), providing valuable professional recognition in both the archive and library fields.
We are the only Museum Studies programme in the UK accredited by CILIP, the Library and Information Association.
