Early Evening Classes

Learn a foreign language in a small friendly class - as a beginner, or to improve your existing language skills:

Two hours (18.00 – 20.00) once a week, for either 16 weeks over two terms. Fee: £150

Classes begin week commencing 12th October 2009

Term 1: w/c 12th October to w/e 4th December 2009

Term 2: w/c 11th January to w/c 5th March 2010

This is a leisure course therefore is not credit bearing and is not eligible for ILA funding.  However if you are member of staff you may be eligble for the University's Learning Works Scheme

Classes are open to staff, students, and the general public. 

They often continue after Easter if there is sufficient demand.

Arabic - Czech - Dutch - French - Gaelic – German - Greek - Italian - Japanese - Mandarin - Polish - Portuguese - Russian - Slovak - Spanish - Urdu

All enrolment forms must be submitted by Tuesday 6th October 2009
