All teaching booking requests, including changes to existing bookings, are now managed by your School Timetabling Team. Please contact them directly to discuss teaching requirements. If you are not sure who to speak to, Lead School Timetabler listings are below.
Important changes in 2013/14
Key changes are:-
- School timetabling teams manage their local teaching space directly on the University timetabling systems, and liaise with Estates Timetabling about teaching in central rooms.
- The University timetabling system (CMIS) updates MyCampus classes, class sizes (enrolment capacity) and meetings overnight with updates made in CMIS by 3.30pm that day. Please remember to ensure that your enrolment sections are set-up on MyCampus as in previous years for all new or changed classes.
- A new mobile timetable and locations service provides personal timetables, directions to buildings and teaching rooms, iCalendar downloads, late changes notifications (also by text opt-in). Available to students in late August, and teaching staff in September.
