Projects
The Projects team is responsible for the delivery of a variety of Estates activities valued at £50k+ with varying levels of complexity. Our projects range from New Builds & Refurbishments to Compliance & Building Conservation. The team delivering projects follow rigid processes, including planning, design & delivery.
The Construction team includes:
- Major projects – Campus Expansion
- Core projects – Campus Redevelopment
- Clerk of Works
- Programme Management Office (PMO)
