New Bookings
For unavoidable same day bookings only: 0141 330 3640/5622.
Please note that the routine allocation of main teaching rooms is handled via your School/RI Timetabler.
Availability Enquiries/Queries/Amendments
Availability – staff can view availability from MyGlasgow for staff select "Timetables and Room Booking".
Queries or amendments to current bookings: timetabling@glasgow.ac.uk quoting the event id in your booking confirmation email.
Charges
There are no hire of accommodation charges during core teaching hours for centrally managed space for events which are directly related to teaching and research.
Events for other purposes may incur charges. Ask for an approximate costing: cvso@glasgow.ac.uk
