2023 Events
The Big Get Together
We held our second annual STEF Big Get Together on Friday 17 February 2023 at the GUU. Students and staff across the School came together for a 'pub quiz', hosted by our own Professor Georgios Karyotis, complete with guitar playing from Georgios for the live music round.

The SPS Student Ball
We held our first ever School-wide Student Ball on Friday 24 March 2023 at the Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel. It was great to celebrate the end of exams, dressed up to the nines.

The Big Shindig
For the second year we came together and danced to The Jiggers at our annual ceilidh. This took place on Friday 26 May 2023 and marked the end of the academic year.

The Big Welcome
Our welcome event for new and returning students was held at the GUU on Friday 6 October 2023. Student were able to make new connections through People Bingo and working in teams to take part in five activities.

2022 Events
The Big Get Together
We held our first ever STEF Big Get Together on Friday 11 March 2022 at the GUU. UG, PGT and PGR students came together to enjoy a networking bingo game and a team quiz, hosted by our own Dr Craig Gurney.

The Big Shindig
STEF hosted the first School ceilidh on Thursday 26 May 2022 at the GUU. Students and staff danced the night away to music from our live ceilidh band and enjoyed some drinks and food.

The Big Welcome
Our welcome event for new and returning students was held on Friday 7 October 2022 at the GUU. Students mixed through our People Bingo activity and in groups, recreated the Adam Smith Building with marshmallows and spaghetti.
