Rethinking Assessment in The Mathematical Sciences in Times of Generative AI

Researchers in the SDAEG group are investigating the best methods for fair and effective assessment in times of Generative AI. As these technologies advance, we must ensure our learning outcomes and assessment methods continue to evolve to prepare the students to enter the dynamic, modern workplace. The group aim to assess the performance of approaches taken and to generate new ideas for innovative assessments, meeting regularly to discuss any thoughts and hosting a workshop in July.
