Student Support and Wellbeing Team

Academic Enquiries

All Adam Smith Business School Courses have a dedicated administration support team to support you in a wide range of topics related to your Learning Experience. Whether you want to ask about assessment, extensions, good cause, grades and feedback, and much more, please contact the relevant subject using the UofG Student Helpdesk.

UofG Student Helpdesk

When placing a query via the Helpdesk, provide your GUID number and the code or name of the course you are referring to, preferably in the subject line. Please be patient as your programme administrators are regularly dealing with a high volume of queries.

Adviser of studies

Undergraduate students are allocated an Adviser of Studies during their first week of University. Your advisers contact details can be found in the MyGlasgow student portal.

You can make an appointment by contacting your adviser directly. The adviser is part of a wide range of support here at the University and can support with academic issues, student support and academic progress. 

MA (Social Sciences) students can also receive advising support from the Advising & Student Support Team.
