The next GRAB Lunch will focus on Student Mobility and takes place on Tuesday 10 June in the Fraser Building (Level 4) between 12.30 and 13.30.

The lunch will focus on outward student mobility, analysing where we are now, the challenges going forward, and how we might improve as an institution. The event is open to all members of staff, especially those with an interest in student mobility, and members of staff involved/interested in promoting study abroad opportunities. Please note that places for this lunch are limited, therefore staff are encouraged to confirm their attendance as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The GRAB lunch (food will be provided) will include:

  • A strategic overview
  • An update on where we are now as an institution in relation to student mobility
  • Short talks by students who have recently spent time abroad as part of their degree
  • A chance to meet with staff, including Professor Jim Murdoch, the International Dean for Mobility
  • Opportunities to discuss your work/interest in relation to student mobility
  • A display of items from the University of Glasgow's heritage collections
