Career Pathways
A new project aimed at designing career and progression pathways for professional services colleagues.
What are Career Pathways?
A career pathway is a series of jobs and development opportunities that share common transferable skills and behaviours. It is a path that colleagues can navigate to achieve their desired career goals, driven by their own ambition.
Rather than simply moving from job to job, a career pathway provides a strategic approach to advancing a colleague’s career by intentionally seeking out roles and development opportunities that build upon their skills and experiences. By actively navigating a career pathway, colleagues can gain the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to achieve their desired end goal.
If you have any questions, queries or suggestions about Career Pathways or the project work, please contact the team.
