About the IT Baseline

The IT Baseline course provides students and staff with the essential IT skills necessary to progress in their studies or workplace. On applying, you will be asked to complete an IT needs analysis which will recommend the type of course most suitable for you, and direct you through the process of signing up online.

Most of our courses assume students already possess some (varying) degree of IT Skills. For those who have never used a computer before, we offer a Beginners course which may be more suitable. You must apply directly to our office if this is the case.
