For information or advice on desktop and mobile phones, or to order a new extension, handset, pick-up group etc, submit a request in IT Helpdesk Self Service using the profile Telephones & Faxes > Requests > [choose your request].
Please note there is a restriction on purchasing third party devices, eg headsets etc.
