Introducing the new phone system

The university is currently upgrading the phone system across the university.

It provides a host of new features for staff as well as multiple ways of performing basic tasks.

• Using your phone: basic information on the new phones functions.
• About the phone system: information about the system, the project board and the project plan.
• Help and support: Report problems, request information or changes.

Please note that there is a restriction on purchasing third party devices (headsets etc.) while the rollout is ongoing.  Requests should be made through http://www.glasgow.ac.uk/it/selfservice
