The Writing Prescription - a short workshop led by psychologist Catherine Mulvenna.

"We will guide you through a writing technique for reducing anxiety and clearing the mind of distracting, stressful thoughts about exams. We want to help you focus more effectively! The technique is straightforward but science-based, with 200+ peer-reviewed publications. It can be particularly effective for those who are very anxious. The whole event takes less than 40 minutes. 

So come along! Bring an anxious friend or two! Contribute to science!
