Warped Gaussian Process Modelling of Transcriptional Regulation

Abstract
We will discuss how to extend recent work on Gaussian process modelling of transcriptional regulation, which assumes additive Gaussian noise of constant variance, to heteroscedastic noise. The work is based on an explicit noise model for transcriptional profiling and the concept of warped Gaussian processes.
