Abstract
In this presentation I will talk about the stochastic simulations of Individual based models. An overview of the waiting times will be given and Gillespie Algorithm for the rate of change of variables is presented. This algorithm will be applied to a system of differential equations representing the host vector dynamics and its advantages over deterministic solution will be shown.
