Topological applications of 2-dimensional homological algebra

Abstract
Recently we developed a 2-dimensional analogue of classical homological algebra, including derived 2-functors and secondary Ext's. This allows us to generalize group cohomology and sheaf cohomology respectively to cohomology of 2-groups and stack cohomology.
