Abstract

Quantum cohomology is a "quantum" deformation of ordinary cohomology. These deformations encode topological invariants called Gromov Witten invariants.  The generating function of the genus 0 Gromov-Witten invariants does satisfy  a Witten–Dijkgraaf–Verlinde–Verlinde (WDVV) equations.  Generally, WDDV solutions are only formal power series and to understand its analytical properties is a challenge problem. In this talk, I review new and old approaches to investigate the largest domain possible of WDVV solution of $\mathbb{CP}^2$.
