Our research brings together a wide range of interests in the regulation of adult family relationships.
We are currently engaged in research into:
- the changing social and legal position of marriage and cohabitation
- the introduction of same-sex marriage
- the regulation of matrimonial property
- the place of religion and belief within marriage
