Study abroad and exchange
Internationalisation is a key strategy of the University and our School is engaged in a variety of internationalisation activities. This aims to:
- expose home students to a variety of ideas, cultures, and education systems;
- provide international study experiences;
- prepare students to be “global citizens”;
- enrich the multicultural student body at Glasgow.
Indeed, going abroad as part of your undergraduate programme is good for your career. The reason is that the latest UUKi Gone International report – Gone International: Rising Aspirations found students who go abroad are more likely to get better degrees and better jobs!
