We are delighted that the School has successfully renewed its Bronze Athena SWAN award, which will run until November 2022
We are delighted that the School has successfully renewed its Bronze Athena SWAN award, which will run until November 2022. The School is committed to Equality and Diversity, and is doing all it can to improve in this area. Some recent highlights of our progress include our highest ever proportions of female undergraduates (47% in 2016-17) and our 2018 postgraduate intake being 49% of female candidates, and the appointment of our first ever female Professor of Chemistry.
