PDR 2017 now well underway

The Performance and Development Review 2017 now well underway, with colleagues invited to reflect on their contribution to University aims and on their own development goals.

Dear Colleagues,

The Performance and Development Review (PDR) process continues to play a fundamental role in helping us deliver our Inspiring People Changing the World Strategy, and we are delighted that PDR 2017 is now well underway.

Many colleagues have already taken the opportunity to complete their PDR, reflecting on their own individual contributions to our shared University goals, and considering their personal and career development aims.  

We extend a further invitation to all staff to undertake their PDR – which covers the usual period of 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 – prior to the deadline of 30 October 2017.

You can find guidance on accessing your online PDR, alongside further handy hints and online training modules on our PDR webpages.  

If you are a Senior Manager, and experience any issues viewing the PDR forms of colleagues further down the line management structure, please see our online process note with detailed guidance.
