Places are still available at a series of strategy workshops at which you can share your views and help shape the future direction of the University of Glasgow.  The workshop organised for 6 November is now fully booked, but the remaining dates are still available: morning and afternoon sessions on 29 October and a morning session on 30 October.

In 2010 The University published its current Strategic Plan – Glasgow 2020: A Global Vision. The strategy set out the University's ambition to enhance our position as one of the world’s great, broad-based, research-intensive universities.

Glasgow 2020 has proven to be a hugely successful strategy for the University which has gained ground in key areas such as the student experience, research, knowledge exchange, interdisciplinarity and internationalisation.

As the current strategic period comes to an end, the University has begun the process of consulting with staff to develop a new University Strategy. Dedicated web pages are available offering the chance to learn more about the consultation and how you can contribute your views to the shaping of our next strategy.

Strategy development workshops are an opportunity for everyone to share their views on the University’s strategic direction and the changes required to ensure that Glasgow continues to thrive as a globally respected institution. Register for one of the workshops here:

Participants are encouraged to read the emerging themes report to gain an overview of the consultation discussions to date.
