Research Seminar Tuesday 20th May, 3.00p.m., 4 University Gardens, Room 101

This seminar seeks to gauge interest within the University of Glasgow for research in the area of Humanism, rationalism, secularism, atheism, freethinking, skepticism and associated life stances and philosophical positions.  Worldwide research activity in this field is growing, and is taking root in different disciplines.

A number of us are already actively researching, and developing external impact with organised Humanist and other groups, and cultivating international academic networking. The question is whether there is sufficient commitment to establish a GU research network seminar, and to explore multi-disciplinary project ideas. If you are interested, please come along, no matter what College or discipline.

If you are unable to attend, but interested, please email me at callum.brown@glasgow.ac.uk
