Following a re-branding exercise, you will see that our Employee Assistance Programme provider, formerly called PPC, is now known as Optum. Their information website has been re-designed to offer improved access and services and the attached information sheet from Optum gives you some details on this. You will still find out how to use this and the wider services offered by Optum, such as telephone and face-to-face counselling, by visiting the Health, Safety & Wellbeing site at
