The University has introduced two new awards for staff recognising the excellent service that many people give to both the University and its wider community.

The University has introduced two new awards for staff in the University, recognising the excellent service that many staff give to both the University and its wider community.  These awards will be made on an annual basis and are complementary to existing recognition processes including Reward and Recognition (R&R), long service awards, and awards for teaching and research.

The selection panel will be the Principal’s Advisory Group, comprising all of the Vice-Principals together with the Secretary of Court, Deputy Secretary and Directors of Finance and HR.

Information relating to the criteria and the forms are available on the HR website and nominations are now invited, to be submitted to serviceawards@gla.ac.uk by Friday 14 March 2014.
