Host an event
To help you engage with our students and connect with top talent we are offering the following phyiscal or online engagement services:
- Presentations and webinars - highlight the opportunities available to students, showcase the culture within your organisation, or take students step by step through your recruitment process
- Panel and Q&A sessions – an opportunity for students to learn and ask you anything!
- Skills sessions and masterclasses - practical workshops focused on key areas of the recruitment process or specific skills such as networking and communication to personal branding and interview success
- We can also accommodate office tours, social media takeovers, and can chat about any other bespoke events you may have in mind
Online events are ran via Zoom or MS Teams; however alternative platforms can be explored.
All events include:
- An event listing on ‘Glasgow Careers’
- Set-up of online registration (if required)
- Technical set-up and support on the day of the event
- Promotion in our weekly newsletter received by all students (30,000+)
- Social media coverage and promotion

Targeted events in academic departments
We work closely with colleagues across the university, to engage employers in targeted activity for students from specific areas of study. We can arrange for events to be tailored to a specific audience in partnership with our Schools and Colleges. Please let us know if there are any particular degree areas you'd like to engage with.
