ESRC Studentships

The University of Glasgow is a member institution of the ESRC Scottish Graduate School of Social Science Doctoral Training Centre. The University welcomes applications for ESRC 1+3 and +3 doctoral studentships in the following area: Social and Applied Investigations in Language (SAIL) and Language Sciences.

How to apply for an ESRC Studentship

Eligibility 

All students must meet Research Council criteria for eligibility. These are defined on grounds of residency. Applicants with UK residency are entitled to full studentships. EU nationals (including UK  nationals) without UK residency are entitled to  fees-only awards.
