Undergraduate accommodation fees
Residential contract dates for academic session 2024-2025 are Friday, 13 September 2024 until Friday, 13 June 2025. Additional nights outwith this period are available on request. For further details on costs, please contact accom@glasgow.ac.uk
The residence fees are inclusive of the following:

(b) Evening Meal and Full Breakfast x 5 days per week. Brunch and evening meal on Saturday and Sunday. NB: There is no meal provision over Christmas and New Year public holidays. No catering is provided for residents of 1, 2 & 3 bed family accommodation.
In the event that accommodation fees for 24/25 are reduced, students who have already booked University accommodation will receive a rebate.
Payments
- All Accommodation fees must be paid through your MyCampus account. See MyCampus Registration

- To confirm your booking, an advance payment of £600 must be paid.
- Accommodation charges will be updated to your MyCampus account no later than 4 weeks after you check in. Accommodation Services is not responsible for the collection of your fees, only the generation of the charge.

- Direct Debit schedules showing actual payment dates and amounts will be issued after you have completed financial registration on MyCampus. Find out what typical monthly instalments are.
- Residents are required to accept the contract undertaking to occupy their place for the full contract period as stated on the contract.
- Charges above are inclusive of group insurance cover for possessions.
- Wi-Fi Internet access in all bedrooms and communal areas is included and is controlled by the service provider to prevent inappropriate use. Users must agree to comply with University of Glasgow IT Regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Options for extending residence contracts from 13 June 2025 for periods up to September 2025 will be offered to residents in certain self-catered accommodation around mid-February 2025.
Scholarships and funding
Rates and range of residence options available are correct at time of publishing, subject to revision without notice
