Guest Accommodation
At present the University has four sites which can offer short term accommodation for staff and students; Student Apartments, Lister House, Wolfson Hall, and Maclay Residence which has single, en suite rooms available exclusively for students. Please note that all of our short term accommodation is dependant on availability and is subject to a minimum booking of one week (one month in Student Apartments).
Student Apartments

Based in traditional tenement buildings and located in close proximity to the University, Student Apartments currently have eighteen 1 bed flats (twelve large, six small), five 2 bed flats, and four 3 bedroom flats available for short and longer term lets.
All the flats at Student Apartments are fully furnished with bed linen; crockery; cutlery, and pots all provided. The flats also feature well-equipped kitchens which include a cooker; fridge-freezer; microwave; kettle; toaster; and dining table. Student Apartments flats also have full internet connectivity.
The 1 and 2 bed flats in Student Apartments all feature, living room, kitchen, toilet, and shower and are all fully furnished, including: bed linen; crockery; cutlery and pots. The flats all have well-equipped kitchens with: cookers; fridge-freezers; microwaves; kettles; toasters; and dining table and chairs. Currently the 1 bed flat at Student Apartments costs from £152.74 per week, whilst the 2 bed flats cost £212.94 and the 3 bed flats cost from £230.93 per week.
Lister House

Located at 22 Winton Drive, Glasgow, G12 0QA, Lister House is approximately 20 minutes walk from University and situated close to the West End and Botanic Gardens. Lister House contains five 1 bedroom flats and one 3 Bed flat which are available for short and longer term lets at a cost of £228.90 per week. The 3 bed flat at Lister features a double bedroom with a study or nursery, bathroom, twin bedroom with shower room, large lounge and a dining room with small kitchen. The flat is fully furnished and includes bed linen; crockery; cutlery; pots. The flat also has internet access and access to on-site laundry facilities.
Wolfson Hall

Located at the West of Scotland Science Park, 2317 Maryhill Road, Glasgow, G20 0TH, Wolfson Hall has one 1 bed house, one 2 bed house, and one 3 bed house available for short and longer term bookings. The houses all have a dining kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Situated amongst picturesque parkland, guests at Wolfson also have access to the Garscube Sports Complex, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the residence itself, the common lounge, coin operated laundry facilities, and off-street parking. Currently the one bed house is priced at £174.02 per week, the two bed house at £201.04 per week, and the three bed at £228.97 per week.
Maclay (Students only)

For students of the University who require short term accommodation we also have single en-suite rooms available within our Maclay residence. Located at 9 Cooperage Place, Glasgow, G3 8QP, Maclay is less than a mile from the main University campus and is approximately fifteen to twenty minutes walk via Kelvin Way to the University. Maclay is also equally well situated for Glasgow city centre and the West End. Maclay costs £22.50 per night and are subject to a minimum booking of one week.
Maclay is split into self-contained flats with each flat containing five lockable bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower, cabled and wireless internet access, and full use of the kitchen/dining area within the flat. The shared kitchens are well equipped and include all cooking implements, crockery and cutlery. All linen and towels are provided and guests also have access to coin operated laundry facilities.
