These guidelines offer a step by step guide to programme and course design and review. The document includes information sheets on key strategic areas that need to be considered when designing or reviewing a programme or course, a checklist of questions to guide design and review, and a comprehensive list of pedagogic principles which, if adhered to, would ensure that any design meets current understanding of good educational practice.
