Programme Information Process (PIP)

PIP is a web system allowing staff to propose and approve new and changed programmes and courses and view information about live programmes and courses.

The system is document-based, allowing academic staff to enter programme and course information into Word templates which are then uploaded into the system and managed in the underlying Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). Workflow facilities pass the documents to the appropriate people for approval.

Information from the system is published to a Web Course Catalogue.

Accessing the system

Access to the PIP system can be obtained by completing an application form.
