Binding:	France, 18th-century blue morocco decorated with triple gold fillets, a small gold fleuron at each corner; gold-tooled spine with printer’s name given as “Gering” after title; gilt-edged leaves; marbled endpapers; pink silk bookmark. Size: 258 x 187 mm.

Annotations:	Very occasional early annotations; occasional pointing hands.
Decoration:	Six-line initial “E” on 1/1r supplied in red and black with reserved white; other initials and paragraph marks supplied in red throughout (some erroneous initials later corrected in brown ink); a few guide-letters supplied in brown ink.
