Scholarship Payments
With the introduction of the new student system, MyCampus, all payments to scholars will be made via MyCampus with effect from August 2011 - final payment from HR/Payroll system 29th July 2011.
All continuing scholars have been sent a letter advising them of this.
Please contact your MyCampus co-ordinator for further details regarding the new process.
Please do not send any further paperwork regarding scholarship payments to HR Data Management Section unless it is to end a record within July 2011.
Any paperwork received in HR Data Management Section will be forwarded to MyCampus team who will contact relevant person in your School/Institute regarding new process to be followed. The only exception is if it is a late payment for July 2011 that needs urgent processing.
An email regarding this change was sent to Head of School/Institutes Administration on Friday 15th July to forward to appropriate staff.
