Welcome to the Human Resources Service
The University of Glasgow is one of the city's largest employers with c. 6,000 staff. The Human Resources Service is responsible for the development and delivery of the elements of the University Strategy 'A Global Vision' affecting staff. We deliver professional HR services through 4 units.
All staff have access to the HR Self Service System enabling you to update personal details, change your bank account details and submit leave requests. You can access the system using the link below:
Our Research Staff Portal has dedicated information for Researchers including news, resources, training and development and more. In addition to this we also have a Staff portals section for other staff groups.
