Insurance and Risk - Revaluation of Contents (2013)

 

A detailed assessment and valuation of contents was carried out in 2011 and our Insurers need to be advised of any significant changes in the values of the various categories declared by University areas either at that time, or subsequently notified to us in the intervening period.


This does not require another full revaluation exercise, but is being limited to situations where the total value previously declared by a department for this category has increased OR decreased by more than £100,000 (e.g. through the purchase/disposal of a piece of equipment).

Where possible, items should be valued at replacement cost and should include those for which the University is responsible.

Forms do not need to be submitted for 'Nil' returns.


The deadline for submitting the completed form is    ** 26th April 2013 **
