Acrobat Expense and Mileage Form

Please note if your system is upgraded to acrobat version 9, you will have difficulty operating this form. Computing Services have identified a security flaw within version 9. Therefore, to use the form:

1.      Open version of acrobat.
2.      From the edit menu, choose preferences
3.      From category window, choose JavaScript and check the “enable” acrobat JavaScript box.
4.      Once you have complete the form you must disable JavaScript
