Glasgow Research Beacons - information for staff
Our Research Beacons are six broad-based, collaborative areas of research excellence that have attracted major external investment.
Colleagues in Research & Innovation Services, External Relations and the Colleges have worked together to take forward the Beacons and deliver engaging content which highlights research excellence and impact in these areas.
This research content framework helps us articulate what we do well at Glasgow, enabling us to raise the profile of our research with key audiences, including prospective staff and students, research partners and international peers, policymakers and funders, and the media.
The team will continue to develop new content around these themed areas to highlight the breadth of excellence across the University. We will create case studies, features and images, which will be available for everyone across the University to use in their communications.
