Despite talent, only a fraction of fast-growth companies in Scotland are led by women. Women face unequal access to resources and investment, perpetuating the gender gap. This event aims to shift focus to systemic solutions, starting with networking over coffee followed by a panel discussion with Professor Eleanor Shaw OBE, Ana Stewart, Caren Holzman, John Anderson, Gillian Fleming and the having a collaborative sessions to identify practical solutions.
