an inter-institutional Centre of Excellence funded under the Languages Based Area Studies initiative, a joint funding programme by
the ESRC, the AHRC,
the HEFCE
and the SFC.
The Centre for Russian, Central and East European Studies (CRCEES) has been awarded
funding over five years to develop and establish postgraduate training programmes
(diplomas, taught and research masters degrees, and PhD scholarships).
